The Immigrant Learning Center, with our partner the Institute for Immigration Research at George Mason University, has compiled fact sheets to answer the most pressing questions about the top ten immigrant populations in the Greater Boston area. The reports explore the most common occupations, educational backgrounds, median income and more for each immigrant population.

Immigrants from El Salvador are the second-largest Spanish-speaking group after immigrants from the Dominican Republic and the sixth-largest immigrant population in Greater Boston after, in order, China, Dominican Republic, India, Haiti, Brazil and ahead of Vietnam, Canada, Guatemala and Cape Verde. Data from 2017.
